Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellation and Refund Terms for the LedgrPRO Platform

1. Overview and Policy Statement

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all requests for refunds, credits, and cancellations for subscriptions to the LedgrPRO platform operated by LedgrPRO, Inc. This Policy is incorporated by reference into the LedgrPRO Terms of Service.

LedgrPRO is a SaaS platform providing access to proprietary data tools, analytical models, and real estate intelligence infrastructure. Given the nature of digital software services and the immediate access granted upon subscription activation:

THE COMPANY GENERALLY DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR SUBSCRIPTION FEES ONCE A BILLING CYCLE HAS BEGUN, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS POLICY.

By subscribing to the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Policy.

2. No Refund Policy — General Rule

2.1 Digital Services Rule

Subscription fees for LedgrPRO are non-refundable except as expressly stated in this Policy. This applies to:

  • Monthly subscription fees after the billing cycle has begun.
  • Annual subscription fees after the billing cycle has begun.
  • Any partial month or partial year of service.
  • Subscription fees for periods during which you did not actively use the Service.
  • Subscription fees for periods during which specific features, modules, or data sources were unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages, or phased release schedules.

You acknowledge that you are paying for access to the Service as a whole, not for any specific feature, data source, or output. The temporary unavailability of any individual feature or module does not entitle you to a refund.

2.2 Investment Outcome Disclaimer

NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED ON THE BASIS THAT A REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT MADE USING PLATFORM CONTENT PERFORMED POORLY, PRODUCED A LOSS, OR DID NOT MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

The Service provides data tools and analytical support only. Investment outcomes are the sole responsibility of the subscriber and are not grounds for a refund under any circumstances.

2.3 Data Accuracy

No refund will be issued on the basis that specific data points, rent estimates, valuations, scores, or analyses produced by the Service proved to be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent with actual market conditions. As stated in the Terms of Service, all Platform Content is provided "as is" from third-party data sources and constitutes estimates only.

3. Free Trials

If the Company offers a free trial, no charges will be made during the free trial period. At the conclusion of the trial, you will be automatically charged for your selected subscription tier unless you cancel before the trial ends.

To avoid a charge, you must cancel your subscription before the free trial expiration date. Cancellations made after the trial period ends and after a charge is processed are not eligible for a refund under the general rule in Section 2. Cancellations before the first charge are always honored.

The Company does not guarantee any particular free trial period length and reserves the right to discontinue, shorten, or modify free trial offerings at any time for new users. Existing trial users will not have their trial shortened after activation.

4. Exceptions — When Refunds May Be Granted

The Company may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund or credit in the following limited circumstances:

4.1 Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly due to a billing system error (for example, charged twice in the same period, charged the wrong amount, or charged after a confirmed cancellation was processed), you are entitled to a correction and refund of the erroneous charge. To report a billing error, contact [email protected] within 60 days of the charge. Errors reported after 60 days may not be eligible for correction.

4.2 Annual Subscription Cancellation Within 7 Days

For annual subscriptions only, if you cancel your subscription within seven (7) calendar days of initial purchase AND have not generated more than three (3) property underwriting reports, deal searches, or equivalent platform outputs during that period, you may request a full refund. This 7-day window applies only to the initial annual purchase and does not apply to renewals.

To request this refund, contact [email protected] within the 7-day window with your account email and the reason for cancellation. Refunds under this section are at the Company's discretion and are limited to one per user.

4.3 Extended Service Outage

If the Service experiences a verified, unplanned outage that renders the core platform inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours, affected subscribers may be eligible for a prorated service credit applied to their next billing period. Credits under this section are the subscriber's sole remedy and are not redeemable for cash. The Company will determine in its sole discretion whether an outage qualifies under this provision.

Scheduled maintenance windows, third-party data provider outages, and feature-specific unavailability not affecting core platform access do not qualify for credits under this section.

4.4 Duplicate Account Charges

If you were charged for multiple accounts due to a technical error, the Company will refund the duplicate charges upon verification.

5. Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log into your LedgrPRO account and navigate to Account Settings, then Billing.
  2. Select "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts.
  3. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email to the address associated with your account.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will retain access to the Service through the end of the period for which you have paid. After cancellation, your account will revert to a read-only state for 30 days, after which your data may be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through the account portal or by emailing [email protected]. Verbal cancellation requests (by phone, in-person, or in chat) are not valid. The Company recommends retaining your cancellation confirmation email as proof of cancellation.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company for a charge that is not covered by the exceptions in Section 4, the Company reserves the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate your account pending resolution of the dispute.
  • Provide evidence to your bank or card issuer demonstrating that the charge was valid under these Terms.
  • Seek recovery of disputed amounts and associated fees through legal means if the chargeback is found to be unwarranted.

We encourage you to contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved more quickly and favorably through direct communication.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Refunds are not available in cash or by alternative payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refunds will be issued in U.S. dollars. The Company is not responsible for currency conversion losses or foreign transaction fees imposed by your bank.

8. Annual Plan Renewals

Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each annual term. You will receive a renewal reminder at the email address on file at least 30 days before the renewal date, and again at least 7 days before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to ensure your account email address is current and that renewal notifications are not filtered by spam settings.

Annual renewal charges are not eligible for refund after processing, except in the case of a billing error as described in Section 4.1. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

9. Downgrades and Tier Changes

If you downgrade to a lower subscription tier mid-cycle, the downgrade will take effect at the start of the next billing period. No refund or credit will be issued for the difference in subscription price for the current period.

If you upgrade to a higher tier mid-cycle, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period and the new tier pricing will apply on the next renewal date.

The Company will respond to refund requests within 5 business days.
